The Hospital

walking past the corridors of the hospital i saw this old couple. the man in hospital grabs on the wheelchair and the lady sitting next to him.

they were holdings hands and looking at each other without a care in the world, gazing at the other’s face and seems to have the best conversation in the world. in the hospital corridors, even if sickness holds one back, they didn’t let it hold them back.

that simplicity of setting provides a glimpse of what i wish i could have. they’re the lucky ones. believing in love and having it until their old age.
